These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ahlan Live app, website, group voice-chat rooms, online parties, singing features, interactive games, virtual gifts and related services. By using Ahlan Live, you agree to these terms.
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements that apply in your location and app store. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and activity carried out through your account.
You must treat other users respectfully and must not use Ahlan Live for harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, infringement, unauthorised recording or attempts to disrupt the service. We may investigate reports and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms or community rules.
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights needed for us to host, display, transmit, moderate and operate it through Ahlan Live. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to content you share and that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Live social spaces involve interaction with other users. We do not endorse every statement or action by users. Use available mute, block and report tools when needed, and do not share sensitive personal or financial information in public rooms.
Ahlan may offer virtual coins and items through in-app purchases. Prices may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees for local relevance, but final charges, taxes and currency conversion may vary by platform and region. Virtual items are licensed for use within Ahlan, are non-transferable outside supported features and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Purchases may be processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and are also subject to its terms. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the policy of the platform through which the purchase was made.
Ahlan Live, its software, branding, designs and service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written approval.
Features may change, be limited by region or platform, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, safety or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain available.
You may stop using Ahlan at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, non-payment or violation of these terms.
Ahlan Live is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for user conduct or losses that are indirect, unforeseeable or caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
These terms operate subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer rights. Users in Pakistan remain entitled to protections that cannot be waived under Pakistani law.
